These integrated Microsoft Teams room systems on the Windows platform are designed for easy deployment in small and large conference rooms up to 10 x 5.5 m in size. With excellent audio and video transmission characteristics, incredibly simple setup, reliable security system and cloud management, IntelliMix Room Kits are designed to transform the modern meeting experience.
Sound quality is crucial for meeting participants and the accuracy of artificial intelligence tools. The quality of transcripts and summaries of artificial intelligence tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot largely depends on the legibility of the audio data. This affects the further understanding of key points and actions, as well as the identification of participants in the room. The Shure IntelliMix kits provide excellent sound quality: every word will be clearly heard and correctly deciphered.
Setting up IntelliMix Room Kits is simple and straightforward. Thanks to Zero Touch Provisioning technology, audio, video, touchpad, and Windows-based computer are automatically configured out of the box. Simply connect the components, turn on the power, and log in with a Teams Room account, or use Windows Autopilot with automatic authorization for Teams Rooms.
IntelliMix® Room software improves speech reproduction and removes distracting sounds, ensuring accurate perception of each word and transcription. The Shure DSP is pre-installed and configured on the Teams Room computer to automatically connect to the microphone and the Shure MXA902 ceiling speaker. The IntelliMix Room software acts as if an AV expert is supplied with each box, providing excellent sound quality enhanced by artificial intelligence by eliminating echo, noise and reverberation.
Huddly’s AI-enabled video cameras are equipped with Huddly Director and Group Framing functions that automatically frame participants and optimize the video image for more visually interesting meetings.
