Shure has released the Microflex neXt 4 and neXt 8 wireless systems (MXW neXt 4 and 8), in response to the popularity of its award-winning 2-channel wireless system. These new systems come in both 4-channel and 8-channel varieties, providing wireless collaboration and featuring elegant design, superior sound quality, fast setup, and scalability for various meeting and training spaces.
MXW neXt integrates IntelliMix digital signal processing (DSP) with various connectivity options, including USB, Dante network connection, and analog audio, ensuring smooth operation.
The Shure MXW neXt devices are connected to the ShureCloud centralized management platform, simplifying the management of network audio devices.
MXW neXt provides superior sound quality in rooms of all sizes, supporting up to 160 wireless microphones. The microphones, including a new transmitter with a flexible stand, offer extended battery life up to 39 hours.
Thanks to the fast and easy integration with the base unit, equipped with an advanced integrated IntelliMix DSP processor, the MXW NeXt 4 and MXW NeXt 8 models can be installed online or used as standalone systems.
The MXW NeXt 4 and 8 use the Shure audio encryption system, based on the AES-256 algorithm, to ensure reliable protection of audio signals. This integrated security system protects audio content on all Microflex devices in the room, ensuring the trust of both end users and integrators.
Each model is equipped with a high-resolution LCD display, which displays battery life, connection status, and other important parameters. The MXW NeXt models have four wireless microphone form factors with updated features, and they can charge up to 8 microphones simultaneously with the new compact gooseneck charger. Chargers can also be connected in series via an Ethernet connection to a wireless access point.
